We appreciate your business with us at Canvas Print Lab! Please review our policies below regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns applicable to all products found on our website.
Return & Exchange Policy
As a customer-oriented company, we provide our clients the freedom to return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your purchase. This is regardless of whether the product is defective. Our priority is building lasting relationships with our clients. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we don’t want you to have a less than stellar experience.
Please note, for a product to be eligible for return or exchange, it must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition it was received. Items that have been used or tampered with are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of highly customized prints.
Once your return request has been confirmed, you are granted another 30-day period to ship the product back to us.
Customers are responsible for any charges and risks associated with returning items. If you intend to mail the items back, you should do so to the following address:

Canvas Print Lab is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in return shipments. For this reason, we recommend our customers use an insured and trackable mail service to prevent any issues. We can’t issue a refund or exchange unless the purchased items are shipped back to us in the same condition they were received in.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
You hold the right to cancel your order and ask for a full refund within 30 days from the day you received your canvas print.
You do not need to provide any reason for cancelling and will be issued a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during checkout. No fees will be charged for any reimbursements made.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of highly customized and personalized canvas prints. In such instances, a partial refund may be provided.

Gifted Items
If the item was gifted and returned to us, we will issue a gift certificate of equivalent value. This allows the gift recipient to select any item of equal value from our website, which we will then ship directly to them.

Return & Exchange Policy
As per the Canadian Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to return any faulty product you have bought online or in-store within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Canadian businesses are, however, not obliged to accept the return of purchased items if they are not defective.
However, at Canvas Prints Canada, we provide our customers with the liberty to return or exchange items even if they aren’t defective! We believe in fostering long-term relationships with all our clients and as such, If you are unhappy with our product, for any reason, we don’t want you to have a bad experience.
Please note that in order for your product to be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original packing, unused, and in pristine condition. Items that are tampered with or used are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of highly personalized or customized prints.
We allow our customers a 30-day period after they have received their canvas prints to ask for a refund or exchange. Once the return is confirmed, we provide another 30 days for them to ship the product back to us.
